 A fun team environment combined with personal guidance from your 3D Fitness Trainer will give you the foundation you need to begin your fitness journey, break though a plateau, bounce back from a pregnancy, or push yourself to the next level! A great overall body sculpting class utilizing weights, kettle bells, exercise balls, and your own body weight to tone muscles and increase endurance and flexibility. Every workout is modifiable, so this class is perfect for any fitness level.

In JesusFit, we learn to move our bodies in praise and worship to The One who created us. Classes are a mixture of strength, cardio, and stretching with encouraging and uplifting music to help keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. along the way. We begin class in the Word and end in a time of being still and prayer.
